FREE WARRANTY

This Warranty is provided to the original purchaser of window tinting services provided by T-Town Tint and comes standardly with every window tint service provided. The Warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

SEC.1.1 - Coverage: a. This Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship related to the installation of the window tint performed by T-Town Tint. b. The Warranty covers peeling, cracking, bubbling, or fading of the window tint film that occurs under normal use and within the specified warranty period.

SEC.1.2 - Warranty Period: The Warranty is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of installation.

SEC.1.3 - Warranty Claims: a. To file a warranty claim, the Customer must notify Company within the Warranty Period. b. The Customer must provide proof of purchase and a clear picture of the defect(s) in the window tint film. 

SEC.1.4 - Warranty Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by the following: a. Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse. b. Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by anyone other than Company. c. Failure to follow any maintenance or care instructions provided by Company. d. Natural disasters, fire, acts of God, or any external causes beyond the control of Company.

SEC.1.6 - Resolution: a. If a valid warranty claim is approved, Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective window tint film without charge.

SEC.1.7 - Limitations: a. This Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original Customer. b. The Warranty does not cover any costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the window tint film. c. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Warranty.

SEC.1.8 - General Provisions: a. This Warranty represents the entire agreement between Customer and Company concerning the window tinting services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements. b. Any modifications or amendments to this Warranty must be made in writing and signed by both Customer and Company. c. This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Alabama. d. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

While we strive to provide free warranties to our valued customers, we reserve the right to revoke such warranties at any time. As these warranties are offered without any additional cost or fee, they are provided as a gesture of goodwill and not earned through a monetary transaction. Therefore, it is important to acknowledge the following:

SEC.2.1 - Discretionary Nature: a. The provision of free warranties is solely at the discretion of T-Town Tint. b. T-Town Tint reserves the right to revoke or modify free warranties without prior notice or explanation.

SEC.2.2 - Exclusions: a. Revocation of free warranties may occur if there are instances of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent claims by the customer. b. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the warranty, including providing false or misleading information, may also result in the revocation of the warranty.

SEC.2.3 - Alternative Remedies: In the event that a free warranty is revoked, T-Town Tint may, at its sole discretion, provide alternative remedies or options to the customer on a case-by-case basis. Such alternatives may include, but are not limited to, discounted repair services or the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty at a discounted rate.

SEC.2.4 - No Entitlement: Customers are not entitled to free warranties as a matter of right, and revocation of these warranties does not create any legal obligations on the part of T-Town Tint.

SEC.2.5 - a. This reservation of right to revoke free warranties does not impact any warranties or guarantees that have been earned and purchased by the customer separately. b. All other terms and conditions of the original warranty, to the extent they are not in conflict with this section, shall remain in effect.

By accepting the Services provided by Company, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this 6-Month Window Tint Warranty.
